TRX Suspension Training

 

The TRX Suspension Trainer consists of two 6-7ft extremely heavy duty cables with handles and straps at the ends.  It can be used for hundreds of exercises ranging from beginner level right through to advanced Navy SEAL style combat training.

 

There are over 300 different exercises which can be performed using the TRX cables and your own body weight.  This and the fact that they are lightweight and compact makes them one of the best training aids on the market today.
