Not only does Personal Training help with your fitness but a good Personal Trainer will encourage clients to make the right food choices. This will ultimately improve and support your training programme thus helping you to attain your desired goals.

 

Every client will be provided with a Food Diary pack and a Meal Planning pack in addition to advice on the following:
     
        Reading and understanding food labels
 
        Identifying correct portion sizes
 
        Understanding the food pyramid
 
        Consuming your daily calories evenly throughout the day
